Audrey E. McAfee Taggart, 83, passed away Friday, September 18, 2015 at her residence in Loudon Twp. Carroll Co.
Born August 7, 1932 in Green Twp. Harrison Co. she was a daughter of the late George and Sylvesta Thompson McAfee. Audrey is survived by her husband of 64 years Thomas; children Kathy (Bill) Reninger, Robert (Shady) Taggart, Harold (Kathy) Taggart and Karen (John) Plumley; six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, three step great granddaughters; a step great-great grandson and her twin brother Edward McAfee. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mina and two brothers George and Walter. Audrey was a homemaker who enjoyed listening to country music and visiting with her neighbors and friends but what she loved most was time spent with her family.
Services will be held Tuesday at 11 am in Koch Funeral Home, Scio with Pastor Carl Orphanides officiating. Burial will follow in Kilgore Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 4-7 pm at the funeral home.
