Milton “Bud” Holle, age 73, of Scio passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 in Community Hospice House surrounded by his loving family.
Born February 10, 1942 in Scio he was a son of the late Henry S Holle and Cora Belle Hutmire Holle. Bud graduated from Scio High School in 1961 and joined the US Navy, honorably serving his country in Vietnam. For most of his life he worked as an independent insurance agent.
Bud was a member of the Scio American Legion Post 482 and the DP Society. He enjoyed mowing his lawn, listening to talk radio, watching American Pickers on television but most of all he loved the time he spent with his family and friends.
Surviving are his wife Mary Kay Ross Holle who he married February 27, 1982, a son Dennis (Becky) Ziegler of Freeport, a grandson Alex Ziegler , a sister Henrietta (Gib) Albright of Columbus, a nephew Mike (Donna) Albright of Columbus and a niece Deanna Payne of Nashville, TN.
Services will be held Wednesday at 11 am in Koch Funeral Home, Scio with Pastor Mike Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Scio. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice House, 716, Commerce St, New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
