Ester and family, sorry to hear of Tom's passing. All of the Steubenville Post troopers enjoyed working with Tom. He not only watched out for each and every one of us, but was also our friend. May Tom Rest in Peace.

I worked with Tom at OSHP in Wintersille in the 1960's & 70;s and developed a great raspect for him for his friendship and cooperation' God bless you Tom and your family'
