Adley McKenna Burke passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 in the loving arms of her parents Adam Burke and Ashley Pate of Perrysville after being born premature on Tuesday, June 14, 2016 in Aultman Hospital, Canton. In her five days on earth she touched many lives with her fighting spirit. Adley was, and will always be, deeply loved by her family, who in addition to her parents include maternal grandparents Mary (Michael) Piatt of Scio and Steve (Barb) Pate of Steubenville; paternal grandparents Gary and Debbie Burke of Carrollton; maternal great grandparents George and Mary Miller of Bloomingdale; paternal great grandmother Ruth Hilbert of Scio; an uncle Shawn Piatt of Scio and aunts Carrie Piatt of Mingo Junction and Kara Calire of Scio and numerous great aunts and great uncles.

Services will be held Saturday June 25, 2016 at 11 am in Koch Funeral Home, Scio with Pastor Mike Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Scio. Memorial contributions may be made to Aultman Hospital NICU, 2600 6th St SW, Canton, OH 44708 .
