Jacqueline Marie Van Horn "Jackie" Quinn, age 72,  formerly of New Rumley, passed away Monday, September 26, 2022 at her daughters home near Carrollton, where she had resided for the past seven years.

Born September 7, 1950 in Clarksburg, WV she was the daughter of the late James Van Horn and Almeta Blanche Hashman Van Horn. She was a former member of the Gen. George A. Custer Association where she had served as secretary. Jackie enjoyed gardening, working in her flower beds and puzzles. But most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her husband Clifford Paul Quinn on May 13, 2014.

Surviving are her loving family that include her children Paul McElroy, George McElroy, Helen Miller, Andrea McElroy, Savanah McElroy-Quinn-Mitchell and Paula Maxwell; brothers Bill and Joe Pernel; sisters Gisele Toothman and Michelle Pernel and numerous step-children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held Friday, September 30, 2022 at noon in Koch Funeral Home, Scio with Pastor Mike Cunningham officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service from 11 am to 12 pm
