Obituary

Rose Etta Kaye Kozak, 76 of Ripley, WV, formerly of Scio, passed away Saturday May 11, 2024, at CAMC Memorial Hospital. Charleston, WV.

Rose Etta was born in Scio, OH on May 30, 1947, to the late Charles Lewis and Betty Stone Cerett.  She was a graduate of WVU Parkersburg, a retired Accounting Manager with Performance Energy and a Mary Kay Consultant.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by sons, Steven and Kenneth Mack; sister, Marcy Townsend; mother-in-law, Norma Kozak.

She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Glenn Kozak; son, Thomas (Jodi) Mack III of Scio; grandchildren, Thomas "TJ" (Savannah) Mack IV of Cuyahoga Falls and Erika Mack of North Canton; great granddaughter, Gianna Mack of North Canton,; sister, Betsy (Dr. Martin) Feldman of Santa Anna, CA; brother, Charles (Eva Jane) Cerett of North Canton.

A Visitation with family and friends will be held from 5 to 7 pm Friday at Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, WV.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 18, 2024, at 1 pm in Koch Funeral Home, 101 W Main St, Scio, with Pastor Dixie Hendricks officiating. Burial will follow in East Springfield Cemetery. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service from 11 am to 1 pm at the funeral home.
