Shirley A. Schoolcraft, age 76, of Scio, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family following an extended illness. She was born September 3, 1938 to the late Leo and Edith Thompson Kugler.

Surviving are three children Sandra (Bob) Manbeck of Scio, Jack (Rose) Schoolcraft of Carrollton and Penny Kimmel of Scio; two sisters Jane Valesko and Luella Harris; seven grandchildren Luke Schoolcraft, Casi Davis, Scott and Justin Kimmel, Joey and Jesse Manbeck and Brad Brewer and twelve great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Gilbert Schoolcraft on April 6, 2014, three brothers John, Jim and Randy Kugler and a sister Mary Raber.

Services will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 11 am in Koch Funeral Home, Scio with Pastor Dwain Quesenberry officiating. Burial will follow in Hanover Methodist Cemetery, Scio. Friends may call Monday from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
