Terri Ann Moreland Loy, age 52, won her battle over cancer, being accepted into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Aultman Hospital, Canton.

Born October 3, 1973, in Dover, she was a daughter of Terry Morland and Barbara Shepler Moreland of Dennison.  Terri graduated from Conotton Valley High School in 1991 and furthered her education at Kent State Tusc where she received a bachelor's degree in computer science. She worked as a legal secretary at Connolly, Hillyer and Ong in Uhrichsville for almost 29 years.

Terri was a devoted member of the New Hope Church in Dennison where she currently served as secretary/treasurer. She was someone who could see what needed to be done and would be the first to volunteer. Whether it was helping at the church with a meal or being the church in the community by spreading her joy at area functions or talking with people who needed to be uplifted. She never met a stranger and was the original networker. Her family meant everything to her, she loved attending her son's activities and any time they spent together.

She married the love of her life, William Loy, Jr. on June 3, 2000. and they were blessed with two sons Hunter (Alexis) Loy and Matthew (girlfriend Ailey Wood) Loy, all of Bowerston. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister Tracy (Sam) Lehmiller of Canton; her father-in-law and mother-in-law William Loy Sr and Connie Loy and a sister-in-law Adrienne Loy all of Bowerston as well as two nieces and several aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved friends too numerus to name.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, aunts, uncles and a sister-in-law Michelle Loy.

A service celebrating her life will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 11 am in New Hope Church, Dennison with Pastor Jeri Myers officiating. Koch Funeral Home, Scio has been entrusted with her arrangements.
