Thomas Robert "Tom" Dulkoski, Jr. age 61, of Germano died suddenly Thursday May 2, 2019 in Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz.

Born December 22, 1957 in Steubenville, Ohio he was the son of the late Thomas Robert Dulkoski, Sr and Betty Grim Dulkoski. A graduated from Jewett-Scio High School, Tom had worked for Smith Evergreen in Magnolia. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but what he loved most was spending time with his friends and family.

Surviving are his companion Loraine Vinzenzo of Germano, daughters Tosha Dulkoski and Penny (Kyle) Sanders both of Calcium, NY, a son Noah, grandchildren Carson, Kaylee and Corey Sanders and Austin Sanders Hawkins, a great granddaughter Everra Sanders Hawkins, a brother Ted (Karen) Dulkoski of Germano and sisters Judy (Guy Edward) Brown and Diane (Donald) McAfee both of Germano, Donna (Mark) Burkhead of Boiling Springs, PA and Pauline Boyer of Kilgore, a sister-in-law Kathy Dulkoski  of Scio and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister Penny Dulkoski, a brother Joe Dulkoski and brother-in-law Terry Boyer.

Services will be held Wednesday at 11 am in Koch Funeral Home, 101 W Main St., Scio, Ohio with Rev. Bob Hooker officiating. Burial will follow in Germano Cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Koch Funeral Home, PO Box 193, Scio, OH 43988 to help with his funeral expenses.
